It got vets three sets of clippers to rescue a poor Shih Tzu from its matted hair.  

Adorable Missy – who acquired 2kg of fur shorn away from – was rescued by RSPCA officers after being found residing in her cruel owner’s backyard.

The poor pooch’s fur had been so matted she couldn’t discover and was found running close to in circles.

RSPCA Inspector Kris Walker (pictured) said: 'I was stunned to be confronted by such a bundle of tangles and knots. 'When I first saw Missy I couldn't even tell she was a dog let alone what breed she was.

Missy’s original owner was found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering in order to an animal and received the lifelong ban on keeping any kind of animal at Leeds Magistrates Courtroom in May.

 Christine stated: ‘Missy is really happy right here.

‘Although they started as other people she and my other canine Poppy – who we possess had for 18 months : are created for each other.

‘Both of them originated from the RSPCA. They get on so properly, it’s as if they acquired been brought up together.

‘They eat, sleep and play with each other and have the casual tussle plus cuddle up within the car.

‘Missy is the noisy one plus Poppy is so laid back again. These are the best things that possess come into existence. ‘
